Leading off the dining room is the conservatory, again with double doors leading to a sunny patio with garden furniture, barbecue and a walled garden giving complete privacy.

Sleeps up to 4 adults plus - this cottage is graded as a five star property with the double and twin room only, however there is also a third bedroom which has a small 2' 6" single bed should you need an extra bed. This room is too small for the five star grading, hence only advertising the property as four beds not five, but the third bedroom is there should you wish to use it.

1 Double and 1 twin room and one small (2' 6" single both the twin and double rooms will take a cot (one cot provided, further available on request))
